Via Paloma Parking Policy Overturned

Resident of Via Paloma, take note:

The board of directors has decided to overturn its previous decision to amend the parking policy for Via Paloma. Effective October 19, 2014 the parking policy for Via Paloma will return to the standard community-wide parking policy in which all vehicles are to park on the even numbered side of the street on even numbered years and odd numbered side of the street on odd numbered years.

Via Paloma Parking Notice

For residents of Via Paloma, a memo to you from the board of directors:

Homeowners,

The Board of Directors has approved for all vehicles parking on the street on Via Paloma may park on the odd side of the street starting April 15, 2014 and moving forward on permanent basis.  Please remember that the standard parking policies are still in effect and you must utilize your garage, driveway and overflow parking lot first before parking on the street; there is no overnight parking on the streets.  Be advised that this parking changing is only in regards to Via Paloma, and homeowners are still required to park on the even side of the street for 2014 on all other streets in the Village.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors
