Dear Coto de Caza Community Association Residents,
With the new year well on the way, everyone should have their holiday decorations taken down and tucked away.
Our community rules necessitate that holiday decorations be removed by the 2nd week in January. If you have not taken the time yet, this is a friendly reminder to please take them down and store away for the next holiday season.
