Well, we squeaked by making quorum tonight. 214 valid ballots were needed. 214 valid ballots were received. Unfortunately, 8 ballots were deemed invalid because they did not have a return address or signature on the white envelope.
On to the results… the 2013-2014 directors are Jason Vallone, Ken Upton, Doug McCormick, Jeff Reuter and Karen Park.
The board thanks Linda Bundy for her two years of service and her work on updating the architectural guidelines.
