We are 36 31 valid ballots short of reaching quorum. If you need a ballot, let Courtney Fisher of First Service Residential know and she’ll get one to you prior to the meeting on October 9 at the Coto Valley Country Club. Courtney is reachable by phone at 949-448-6197 and by email.
On election night, extra ballots will be available from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Likewise, homeowners can drop off completed ballots at the meeting.
Please note: ballots are irrevocable. If you have already submitted your ballot and change your mind, you will not be able to get your ballot back or receive a new ballot to change your vote.
Remember to print your Coto property address and sign your name to the white envelope in order for your ballot to be valid.
If we do not reach quorum, we will have to hold a special meeting solely for counting ballots.
