At the July 2013 meeting, a policy change was made regarding the costs charged to homeowners for calling DwellingLIVE to register guests instead of using DwellingLIVE’s online registration website (free).
Each homeowner will be permitted three (3) call-ins per month at no charge (down from 5). On the fourth call, a $5 assessment will be billed to the homeowner’s account. For example, if a homeowner makes eight calls, they will be assessed $25 (3 free calls, 5 calls at $5 per call).
The change is being made because the association is currently paying for calls made by Village residents to the gates, which can be in excess of 250 calls in a given month.
Remember, the computer is always free and there is no limit to how many guests you can register at www.czmaster.org.
