The parking committee, with the board’s support, has submitted a proposal to the OCFA that would grant The Village a variance to permit parking on one side of the street. Our contact at OCFA, Kevin Bass, believes there are enough mitigating circumstances to warrant review of our request.
Once we hear back from the OCFA, the committee will compile the options available to the Village and seek input from the community on whichever option is preferred. The deadline to finalize the parking policy and have it in place is April 1.
